Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a membership to The Sales Society. By completing your purchase or accessing any membership materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms. These Terms include a strict no-refund policy on all payments and an annual commitment for members who select the monthly payment option. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in The Sales Society, a private membership community owned and operated by Jillian Murphy, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). References to "Member," "you," or "your" refer to the individual purchasing or accessing a membership.

Membership Description & Deliverables

The Sales Society is a private membership community for entrepreneurs who want to attract premium clients, develop cleaner sales conversations, and grow their businesses through community, live coaching, and structured frameworks. Membership includes:

Monthly Live Sessions

  • 1x Monthly Hot Seat Group Coaching Call with Jillian Murphy, where members may bring content, offers, visibility questions, and sales challenges for direct guidance.
  • 1x Monthly Networking Call, structured for relationship building, visibility, and collaboration among members.

Community Access

  • Access to a private community hosted on the Circle platform, designed for ongoing visibility, peer support, sales conversations, and member networking.

The Society Accelerator (Included from Day 1)

  • A 30-day framework designed to activate premium sales conversations from your existing audience. Includes Profile Provisions, Pitch Posts, and the Conversation Catalyst daily story template.

The Company reserves the right to modify the membership structure, call format, guest speakers, or delivery platform at its reasonable discretion, provided that the core membership deliverables described above remain substantially intact.

Eligibility

To purchase a membership to The Sales Society, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement; and
  • Provide accurate personal and billing information at the time of purchase.

Membership is subject to acceptance by Jillian Murphy, LLC. The Company reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

Membership Options & Commitment

The Sales Society offers two membership options. The specific pricing in effect at the time of your purchase will be reflected in your ThriveCart purchase confirmation, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Option A: Pay in Full (Annual)

A single one-time payment grants access for the full annual membership term stated at the time of purchase. Pay-in-full members have no recurring charges. Access is granted for the purchased term and does not automatically renew unless the member affirmatively elects to renew.

No refunds will be issued on pay-in-full purchases for any reason, including if the member chooses to leave the community before the annual term has concluded. The full payment is earned upon purchase.

Option B: Monthly Payment Plan (Annual Commitment)

IMPORTANT: The monthly payment option is an ANNUAL commitment.

By selecting the monthly payment option, you are agreeing to 12 consecutive monthly installments at the rate stated in your purchase confirmation. Selecting the monthly option does not create a month-to-month or cancel-anytime arrangement. You are committing to the full 12-month term and all 12 installments, regardless of participation level, satisfaction, or cancellation request.

Monthly installments will auto-debit on the same date each month using the payment method on file until all 12 installments have been received. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file for the full duration of your annual commitment.

Payment Terms

By completing your purchase, you authorize Jillian Murphy, LLC to charge your payment method for the selected membership option as described in Section 4. All payments are processed electronically via ThriveCart or such other payment processor as designated by the Company.

  • You are responsible for maintaining a valid, active payment method for the full duration of your payment obligation.
  • Failed or declined payments will result in immediate suspension of membership access until the outstanding payment is cured. Suspension does not release you from your remaining payment obligation.
  • If you are on the monthly payment plan, all 12 installments must be completed regardless of membership usage, participation level, or any cancellation request submitted during the annual term.
  • Attempting to block, reverse, or otherwise prevent any scheduled payment constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Jillian Murphy, LLC does not offer refunds on any membership payment, under any circumstances. This applies to both pay-in-full purchases and all individual monthly installments. All payments made are non-refundable.

This no-refund policy applies without exception to:

  • Pay-in-full annual membership purchases, including if the member voluntarily leaves the community before the annual term concludes;
  • Any and all monthly installments made under the annual monthly payment plan;
  • Partial months, unused coaching sessions, or periods of non-participation; and
  • Any circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, reduced participation, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Pay-in-Full Members

Pay-in-full members have access for the full purchased annual term. There are no recurring charges and no cancellation action is required. Access expires at the end of the purchased term unless the member affirmatively renews. No refund will be issued if a pay-in-full member elects not to use their membership or chooses to leave the community before the term ends.

Monthly Payment Plan Members (Annual Commitment)

Because the monthly payment option is an annual commitment, submitting a cancellation request before all 12 monthly installments have been completed does not release you from your remaining payment obligation. All scheduled monthly installments will continue to auto-debit on the agreed schedule until the full 12-month commitment has been fulfilled.

After your 12-month annual commitment is complete, your membership will not automatically renew. If a renewal option is offered and you elect to continue, a new agreement or purchase confirmation will govern that renewed term.

Revocation by the Company

Jillian Murphy, LLC reserves the right to revoke membership access at any time for violation of these Terms, conduct detrimental to the community, or failure to maintain payments. Revocation for cause does not entitle the member to a refund of any payments made.

Chargeback Policy

By purchasing a membership and agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer for any payment made, without first contacting Jillian Murphy, LLC in good faith to resolve the issue, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Submit these Terms & Conditions and your ThriveCart purchase confirmation as evidence of your contractual payment obligation;
  • Immediately revoke your access to all membership content, live calls, and the Circle community; and
  • Pursue the full outstanding balance, all remaining installments under your annual commitment (if applicable), chargeback fees, and associated legal costs through collections or litigation.

Results Disclaimer

Jillian Murphy, LLC does not guarantee any specific financial, business, or personal results from membership in The Sales Society. Jillian Murphy is not a licensed psychologist, financial advisor, attorney, or business consultant, and nothing within the membership constitutes professional advice of those kinds.

Your results will depend on your individual effort, commitment, experience, current audience, market conditions, and implementation of strategies shared. Testimonials and member wins shared by the Company reflect the personal experiences of specific individuals and are not representations of what any current or future member will achieve.

By joining, you agree that you are participating at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken as a result of your membership.

Member Responsibilities & Conduct

By joining The Sales Society, you agree to:

  • Engage with the community and calls respectfully and in good faith;
  • Maintain accurate and current payment information on file at all times;
  • Conduct yourself professionally toward Jillian Murphy, other members, guests, and Company staff;
  • Refrain from sharing your membership access, Circle login credentials, or any membership materials with any non-member;
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared by other members within the community; and
  • Not use the membership or its platforms to spam, harass, solicit inappropriately, or violate the legal rights of any person.

Intellectual Property

All membership materials, content, training frameworks, methodologies, branding (including The Society Accelerator), and related intellectual property are the sole and exclusive property of Jillian Murphy, LLC. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access membership materials for your personal, non-commercial use only during your active membership term.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share any membership material without prior written consent from Jillian Murphy, LLC. Unauthorized use may result in immediate revocation of membership and legal action.

By providing testimonials or sharing wins within the community, you grant Jillian Murphy, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content in its marketing materials.

Confidentiality

Membership materials, coaching frameworks, and proprietary content shared by the Company are confidential and intended solely for your personal use. You agree not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from Jillian Murphy, LLC.

Personal and business information shared by other members within the community is private. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute such information outside the community without the relevant individual's explicit written consent.

Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make, publish, or communicate any disparaging, defamatory, or materially false statements, publicly or privately, including on social media or review platforms, about Jillian Murphy, Jillian Murphy LLC, The Sales Society, its team members, guests, or affiliates, during or after your membership.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jillian Murphy, LLC's total liability arising out of or related to your membership shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to the Company. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages of any kind, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jillian Murphy, LLC, its members, officers, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use or misuse of the membership, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your improper use of membership materials.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of a dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your membership, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator applying the laws of the State of South Carolina. Each party shall bear their own costs and fees.

Intellectual property claims of Jillian Murphy, LLC are expressly excluded from mandatory arbitration and may be pursued through litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM COVERED BY THIS SECTION.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Force Majeure

Jillian Murphy, LLC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, power outages, governmental restrictions, or platform outages beyond its control.

Modifications to These Terms

Jillian Murphy, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms to the Company's website. Your continued membership following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with your ThriveCart purchase confirmation, constitute the entire understanding between the parties regarding The Sales Society membership and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
